Refund policy

Due to the nature of our small business, Pretty Spooky Stuff does not accept returns or refunds. We ask that our customers take care in choosing their color options, as well as choosing their preferred size based on the size charts included in the listings. Proper care is important for the longevity of the quality of your product! Machine wash cold, inside out, and if possible, hang to dry! Please note, that due to individual monitor settings and normal variation during production, that the designs may not be as bright as reflected in the mockup photos.

 However, if you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at prettyspookystuff23@gmail.com. Be sure to include your first and last name, order number, and any pictures that showcase the issue! We will always try our best to rectify the request with our suppliers!
